Where are your products sourced?
We proudly offer poultry sourced from Vancouver Island and the Fraser Valley, AAA beef from British Columbia and Alberta, and pork from the Lower Mainland, BC. We also carry a wide selection of locally sourced grocery items.
How does in store shopping work?
Due to our limited retail space, a number machine is located outside the front entrance. Customers are asked to wait outside until their number is called, at which time they may proceed inside to shop with their server or browse independently until they are ready to be served, they can ring a bell for service. We strive to bring customers into the store as quickly as possible, and once inside, we encourage you to browse at your leisure.
How do orders work?
Orders may be placed through our website, by phone (250-478-6328) or email (glenwood@shaw.ca).
You will be contacted to confirm your order and arrange a pick-up date and time. At this time, payment is accepted in-store only. We accept debit, Visa and Mastercard.
How does the pick-up window work?
When your order is ready you can either pick up in store if you wanted to add items or if you are ready to go you can pick up at the pick-up which is located on the right side of the front entrance. There is a bell to ring and someone will assist you with your order and process your payment.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver.
